The current Covid-19 pandemic has caused challenges that have had a significant impact on certain high risk community members. At Reliably we desire to be a responsible community partner so have enacted a Covid-19 Business Protocol to help do our small part. Since several members of our team and our clients either care for or are exposed daily to high risk people, the following steps have been taken until further notice:
- Reliably personnel is available during normal operating hours
- Office phone will be monitored Monday - Thursday 10 am to 6 pm and Fridays 10 am to 4 pm
- Potential new customers can be scheduled by appointment only.
- Account Manager in-person meetings will continue to be handled via email, video chat, or phone unless special arrangements have been made.
Clients who need support may call (540) 414-6000 during business hours, can email requests to email@example.com, or may complete the support form below. Requests provided through email or the form will automatically create a support ticket in our company Help Desk monitored daily by production personnel. Clients will be notified upon completion of the task or prior, if we have questions about your request.
